County CEO's staff charged to other departments (update)

April Hunt in the AJC follows up on its original report on a new staff position being charged to the Parks Department.  Although this practice predates Ellis' tenure, three more jobs were discovered to be charged against other departments, and te Chief Operating Officer pledged to bring the charges back to the CEO's budget.  [Read more]
