Theft on Densley Dr. 4/14/14

From the owner: "I just want to let our neighbors know that on Monday April 14th between 7:45 am and 1pm at 7XX Densley Dr. someone entered our back yard through the gate and opened the shed in the far back of our yard and took lawn mower (red Troy Built, self propelled electric start) and a large chain saw in its box. There was a pad lock on the shed but it wasn't locked. The gate has a "Beware of Dog and Keep Gate Shut" sign on it. From Dawn Forman of Laurel Ridge: Mr. Fowler and several officers attended our Neighborhood Watch meeting last night. He noted the importance of the partnership that we have built with him and the police department. I can tell you from first-hand experience that the communication is so much better. Our crime rates have dropped since last year. Warm weather can bring crime and we need to get our awareness up.

Crime Tips:

* He stressed not to hesitate to call 911 if we see anything suspicious.
