Clairmont Heights Civic Association

Attached is an invitation from the developer to attend a second community meeting on the project. Information from the first meeting was posted here earlier. CHCA board members plan to attend but the meeting is open to everyone.

Dear Neighbor:

As many of you already know, we represent Julian LeCraw & Company, LLC (“LeCraw”). LeCraw has filed a request to extend the Town Center Land Use Plan category to that portion of the Williamsburg Apartments which currently is not in that category. There is no companion rezoning petition. However, LeCraw welcomes your input in this process.

As promised, LeCraw will be holding another community meeting on Monday, August 11, 2008 at 7:00 pm. in Milligan Hall at the Clairmont Presbyterian Church, 1994 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA 30033. The purpose is to review again, the details of the LeCraw’s application and to receive community feedback. LeCraw continues to welcome your input into this process, and there will be room and time for all. We felt it important to notify the community of the meeting as soon as arrangements were finalized so that you may mark your calendars and make plans to attend.
