From Medlock Neighbors Facebook Group and Laurel Ridge neighborhood newsletter: Atlanta Land Group (http://www.atlantalandgroup.com) left a notice (attached) on the doorsteps of residences on Barton Way and Blackmon Dr., announcing interest in buying all properties on Barton Way and Blackmon Dr.  There is talk that the Baptist Church on the corner would also be included in the development plans (see http://www.fuquadevelopment.com/files/atlanta/decaturcrossing.pdf).  They are holding a meeting at Scott Blvd Baptist Church meeting hall on Tuesday (10/16) at 7:30pm.
