Via Civic Association Network: DeKalb Board of Health Seeks Community Input

The DeKalb County Board of Health, the Live Healthy DeKalb Coalition, the OneDeKalb Office and Georgia State University are partnering to conduct an initiative that identifies concerns of residents living in DeKalb County. They are inviting residents of DeKalb County to complete a short survey that inquires about conditions in their neighborhoods. This information will be combined with focus groups and other community assessment measures to develop action plans to improve neighborhood conditions and the health of residents.
